マスコミ批判に対する一考（13）　デモを報道しないに日本のマスコミ

この対応に対して、私は独自に大手メディア各社に質問書を送付した。その回答は下記のようなものである。

　読売新聞：ニュースとしての価値を感じない
　産経新聞：人手が足りなかった
　朝日新聞：知らなかった

　毎日新聞：取材の体制に対して答える必要はない（回答拒否）
　テレビ朝日：テレビカメラが回らなかった

　NHK：右翼の凱旋と同じと考えた
　TBS：まあ、わかってくださいよ

　そのほか・・・回答なし

だいたいの場合、電話で回答を受けた。そこで、回答が「口語体」になっている。
多分、最も正直に答えたのがTBSであろう。

要するに、何らかの圧力がかかったのか、あるいは、このデモ行進に「チャンネル桜」という別な媒体がくっついているために、報道をしなかったということであろうと、推測する。

またNHKの回答も特徴的だ。首長やデモ行進の規模ではなく「右翼の凱旋と同じ」というレッテル貼りをし、自分の主義主張ではないから報道をしなかったという。

少なくともこの時点で「政治的な中立」は存在しない、イデオロギー的な中立報道は自分の手で否定しているといわざるを得ない。
